Terms of service
These terms describe the basic rules for using TokenPane. They are written for organizations and workspace admins using TokenPane to manage AI account access.
Last updated: May 13, 2026
Scope
TokenPane is a software service for managing employees, workspace access, AI account assignments, account status, usage context, and invoice-related workflows. These terms apply when you create a workspace, invite members, or use the service.
Workspace accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of the account information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. Workspace owners and admins decide who may access a workspace and what information may be added.
Customer responsibilities
You must ensure that your organization has the rights and permissions needed to add employee data, AI account details, credentials, OTP secrets, invoice metadata, and usage information to TokenPane. You are responsible for configuring roles, removing former members, and reviewing account assignments.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse TokenPane or use it in a way that harms the service, other users, or third-party systems.
- Do not add credentials for accounts your organization is not authorized to manage.
- Do not attempt to bypass security controls, rate limits, access checks, or organization boundaries.
- Do not use TokenPane to store unlawful, harmful, or unrelated content.
Availability and changes
TokenPane aims to provide a reliable service, but availability can be affected by maintenance, infrastructure providers, third-party AI account providers, browser automation limits, or force majeure. Features may change as the product evolves.
Fees
If a paid plan is introduced or agreed, prices, billing periods, taxes, and payment terms will be stated in the order, invoice, or plan description. Unless otherwise agreed, fees are due for the selected billing period and are not automatically reduced because an individual workspace member stops using the service.
Data and confidentiality
Workspace data remains the responsibility of the organization that added it. TokenPane will use workspace data to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the service, and will treat non-public workspace information as confidential except where disclosure is required to provide the service or comply with law.
Liability
TokenPane is provided with reasonable care. To the extent permitted by law, liability for indirect damages, lost profits, business interruption, or data entered incorrectly by a workspace is excluded. Mandatory liability, including for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body, or health, remains unaffected.
Changes to these terms
TokenPane may update these terms when the service, legal requirements, or business model changes. Material changes will be communicated in a reasonable way. Continued use after the effective date means the updated terms apply.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Germany, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protection rules remain unaffected where they apply.
